About Anna

I first became really interested in photography in my mid-teens. I had been given a very good SLR camera as a present, and I was amazed by what detail I could capture. My love for photography has since then stayed strong. And my shooting stile has been sculpted by many different influences.

A key influence was my time spent at The Edinburgh College of Art, where I obtained my BA Hons in Fine Art Photography.
Other aspects that have greatly influenced my photography have been my absolute need to travel.   I grew up between Scotland and Denmark, so from an early age travel was a way of life for me.

My time spent in Nepal and India, volunteering as a documentary photographer, also shaped my shooting style.
So I think of my photography as being a fusion of reportage photography, combined with the distinctiveness of fine art.

I have exhibited in various shown in Edinburgh, as well as London.
